Our Shipping Policy

Shipping Process:

Each product is shipped via UPS (Contiguous 48 States) or USPS (AK, HI) unless otherwise stated for that specific item. We do our best to process and ship each in-stock order within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of payment, however at times, due to high volume, we may experience a delay. We always try to inform our customers of delays, however, it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that their email address information is correct. Without a correct email address, INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEMS will be unable to inform you of delays or verify shipment information.


Shipping Charges:

Shipping Charges include: Processing, Packaging, Handling Charges, and shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable for any reason. All shipping charges are estimated for US contiguous 48 states, please contact us for shipping information for international orders. For items shipped under "Free Shipping" specials: if items are returned or exchanged, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the credit or refund NO EXCEPTIONS.

Our Return Policy

Customer satisfaction is our prime motive. If you are not completely satisfied with an item you purchased, you may return it and we will refund your purchase if it is eligible. Read the statements on eligibility and conditions below.

How to Return or Exchange a Purchase?

Before sending your product back, Request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization Number) through our online RMA Request Form. Once you have submitted the RMA request form, you will receive an email with an RMA for any qualified returns/exchanges. Once you have received the RMA# and address, You should return your purchase clearly labeled with appropriate RMA#. The returned merchandise must be received within 15 days of purchase of original item with proper RMA#. Items received after 15 days or without appropriate RMA# will be returned at customer's expense.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All items must be returned in like-new condition in the original packaging. 

  • Any Items received without original packaging or not in like-new condition, will not be accepted as a return. 

  • Any electronic items that have been opened/installed will be charged a 20% re-stocking fee. 

  • Items received with physical damage of any kind will not be processed as a return or exchange. These items can be shipped back with pre-payment of return shipping charges.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item was purchased during a Free-Shipping promotion, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund before credit is issued.

  • If the item is being returned for credit, please allow 14-30 days for processing of the credit to your original credit card.

  • If you wish to exchange your purchase then please indicate what product you are interested in exchanging for while applying for the RMA Number online.

  • RMA forms partially filled in or without a detailed description of the problem are subject to rejection

  • INTEGRATED SECURITY SYSTEMS is not responsible for any physical damages sustained during transit, and will void any warranty.

  • A copy of the original invoice/packing slip must be included with any returned items.

  • Warrantys are void if the factory seal is broken. No Exceptions.
